To keep things a bit cleaner, how about we place requests to spend XP in one topic?

Can I spend xp to buy a contact? He's a retired DB martial artist who keeps an ear to the ground about local Martial Artists. He would also own a weapon sharpening store.

Have you done anything that could qualify as training? Even if the actual dot increase is instant, I'd like some sort of in-character reason for raising ratings.

Rolling Larceny for anything, observing other people using larceny, reading about it, meditating on proverbs about larceny--you can justify just about anything.

I want to buy a stealth charm in preparation. Its not favored though. Crying or Very sad Are we doing normal training times for non-favored abilities?
